Overview
LOCK&ROLL is a smart luggage-locker network engineered end-to-end by ID IOT and operated by our partner, LOCKNROLL SDN BHD. The system gives travellers and visitors a seamless self-service storage experience at high-footfall transit and venue sites across Malaysia.
What we built
- Custom IoT controller hardware — designed and manufactured in-house, running bespoke firmware

Engineering notes
The locker units pair a ruggedised electromechanical locking mechanism with an ID IOT-designed controller board. Each unit reports heartbeat telemetry and accepts remote commands over MQTT. The cloud layer is built on a scalable event-driven architecture that handles concurrent locker sessions across all sites from a single operations interface.
