This pilot project deployed Splinergy smart-metering hardware across a multi-tenant commercial facility to enable high-granularity energy sub-circuit monitoring.

Solution

The system monitors real-time tenant-level energy consumption and feeds telemetry data directly to a custom operations dashboard. Automated billing reconciliation runs monthly, calculating precise bills for each tenant.
